Payment and Delivery Terms

Payment

To shop with Robetoy AB, you must be a registered customer. As a wholesale company, we sell exclusively to registered businesses and organizations — not to private individuals.

Payment is made by invoice. Our standard payment terms are 30 days net. However, if the credit check recommends prepayment, this will apply.

For prepayment, your order will be packed and shipped only after we have received your payment. Please note that it may take 1–3 business days for your payment to be registered, depending on the chosen payment method.

Invoices not paid by the due date will receive a payment reminder. If payment is still not received, the invoice will be forwarded to a debt collection agency. A late fee of 45€ and interest of 12% from the due date will be added.

Please note that the invoice is sent separately from the delivery. With your goods, you will only receive a copy of the order/packing list.

To reduce our environmental impact, we primarily send invoices as PDF files via email. If you are unable to receive invoices by email, a SEK 5€ fee will be added for paper invoices.


Delivery Options

Pick Up Yourself

If you prefer to pick up your goods yourself, you are welcome to visit our warehouse at Benjamins väg 4, 433 38 Partille, SWEDEN.

Delivery to Store

If you wish to have your order delivered to your store, a shipping fee will be added for orders under 800€. For orders over 800€, shipping is free of charge.

We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible!


Prices

All prices in our webshop are listed in Euro (€) and are excluding VAT and shipping costs. The price at the time of ordering is the price that applies at the time of delivery, subject to system errors, misprints, or typographical mistakes.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to circumstances beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations, increased raw material costs, or changes in transport rates.

Transport Damage / Incorrect Items

If you discover hidden transport damage, missing items, or incorrect goods, you must report this to us immediately via:

If the outer packaging of the item is damaged upon delivery, please report it to the driver/carrier immediately before accepting the shipment, and then contact us.

Reports of transport damage or incorrect items must be made within 10 days of receiving the delivery.
