How do I become a customer?

Robetoy is a wholesale company that only sells to resellers, not end consumers. To shop with Robetoy, you must represent a registered company, municipality, region, or organization.

To place an order in our webshop, you need to be a registered customer with login credentials.

How do I place an order?

To shop in our webshop, you must be a registered customer.

How do I pay for my order?

You pay by invoice. The payment terms depend on the standard credit check, but are typically 30 days net.
If prepayment is required, please note that it may take 1–2 days from the time you transfer the money until we see the payment, depending on your bank. We pack and ship your goods as soon as we receive your payment.
If the invoice is not paid on time, a reminder will be sent.
If payment is still not received after the reminder, the matter is handed over to collections, resulting in additional costs for the buyer.

What does shipping cost?

Our free shipping limit is 800€. Orders under that amount incur a shipping fee.

No shipping fee applies for self pick-up from our warehouse in Partille.

How long is the delivery time?

We aim to ship your order within 3 working days. The transit time depends on the destination.

How do I know if mmy order went through?

An automatic order confirmation will be sent to your email shortly after you place the order in the webshop. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please contact us at +46 (0)31-707 14 00 or email info@robetoy.se

Has my order been shipped?

The same day we ship your order, we issue your invoice. You will receive the invoice by email, which will also confirm that your order has been dispatched.

The product I want isnt in the webshop

If the product you’re looking for isn’t shown, it is temporarily out of stock. The item may be discontinued, sold out, or not yet restocked. For more information, call us at +46 (0)31-707 14 00 or email your inquiry to info@robetoy.se.

How do I cancel or add an item to my order?

Contact us at +46 (0)31-707 14 00 or email info@robetoy.se as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse, changes can still be made.

What should I do if an item was damaged during transport?

If you receive a damaged parcel, please have the shipping company confirm the damage in writing upon delivery. Then contact us at +46 (0)31-707 14 00 or email info@robetoy.se.

My goods haven’t arrived even though you’ve shipped them — what should I do?

Do I need to log in to place an order?

Yes, you must be logged into our webshop to place an order.
